The pendulum, typically a weighted object suspended from a chain or cord, acts as a tool for divination and energy work. Through focused intention and connection, the practitioner can communicate with their subconscious mind, the energetic field, or even spirit guides, depending on their belief system. During a session, the practitioner holds the pendulum steady and asks it a series of questions, typically ones that can be answered with a "yes" or "no." The pendulum then responds by swinging in a particular direction, which is interpreted by the practitioner. This process can help uncover subconscious thoughts, emotions, or energies that may be influencing the individual's life. Working with a pendulum requires openness, trust, and a willingness to connect with one's intuition.
