Sip & Blend

We invite you Thursday, February 22nd for an evening to indulge all of your senses, and allow your intuition to help you create your perfect herbal tea blend.

We will taste, smell, and learn about 6 different herbs, all centered towards opening your heart and nourishing your body, mind, and spirit. Once you have been  introduced to all of the herbs, you will tap into your intuition and feel which herbs are calling to be your plant allies. Using those, you will be led into blending your very own tea that you can bring home to enjoy!

This experience is led by Herbalist Jamie Chami, who will be able to answer your questions as well as help you feel confident in blending your own teas!

• Registration is required, there are limited spots available

Jamie is an Herbalist that has been in the alternative health world for 15 years, spending the last 4 years focusing on Herbal Medicine. She is the owner of Rose Oak Wellness in Raleigh, NC. She is passionate about plants as medicine, food as medicine, and educating her clients and community on how they can implement these beliefs into their daily lives.
