About the event
Join Morgan who has extenstive experience working with children and yoga. She will take them through a story telling journey and they move through poses and learn what their body can do to connect with themselves.  Elaine will ground them with calming reiki energy and meditation.  We will be using oil blends for focus and centering. A parent will have the option to observe, participate and learn to bring these mindfulness tools into their every day lives with them. This event is for children between the ages of 4 and 8. Bring a mat and a preferred blankie!
