REIKI LEVEL I CERTIFICATION (1-day)

Receive the gift of energy healing activation by learning more about the energy centers (Chakra system), managing your own energy, and deepening your healing journey with four attunements with the traditional Usui Reiki natural healing system.

Reiki is a Japanese healing method using the universal life force or higher power. “Rei” is translated as “sacred” “spirit” and “ki” is life force energy that flows through every living thing. Life Force Energy is present in all living things to effect change physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually (even to worldwide situations). Reiki energizes, restores, revitalizes, and rebalances the body, mind, and spirit. It is a very powerful modality, yet gentle and loving.

Classes are limited to up to six students with a minimum of three for optimal learning/experience opportunity.

In this class, you will learn and discuss the history and origin of Reiki. You will receive four attunements (which activate your ability to channel Reiki energy) and learn basic lessons about energy centers known as the Chakra system and how these relate to each other. You will learn hand positions to do self-treatment, as well as full body treatment on others. You will also learn grounding, centering, and protection. Time will be allowed to practice on fellow classmates. You will receive a study manual and certificate of completion.
