We will begin with an insightful presentation by Carrie, who will explain how the energy of the heart can be influenced by trapped emotions and physical imbalances. Learn how these factors can impact your well-being and discover ways to bring balance and harmony to your body and mind.

Tea Tasting and Herbal Education

We’ll continue our exploration into this holistic way of healing with our Herbalist Jamie. Relax and enjoy a soothing tea-tasting experience while learning about the healing properties of various herbs and foods. Discover how these natural remedies can support your emotional and physical breast health.

Interactive Healing Sessions

The group will then be divided into two. Half will join a hands-on intuitive tea blending workshop, where you'll create your own unique blend of healing herbs. The other half will have one-on-one time with Carrie to explore personalized healing techniques, using modalities such as the Body Code or Emotion Code. After 30 minutes, the groups will switch, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to participate in both activities.

Heart-to-Heart Activity

To end our evening, we'll engage in a reflective "Heart to Heart" activity. You'll be guided to write a heartfelt letter to your own heart, exploring what you wish to let go of and what you desire to experience more deeply in your life. This introspective exercise will help you clarify your intentions and prepare for a meaningful one-on-one session with Carrie.
