About the event

Autumn is a time of change all around us and a time to experience deep gratitude.

The shift in temperature reminding us that we are to adapt and develop.

The crisp air and changing leaves remind us of impermanence and how important it is to savor how far we have come as we let go disserving patterns. It is also a time of comfort and protection as we layer and cozy up to fires and warm beverages. With the mysteries of the unknown, we connect to preservation by collecting what we have harvested and return home (our inner sanctuaries).

Join us for a half day retreat in nature connecting, growing, and letting go with Mother Nature and ancient wisdoms reminding us of the incredible influences we have in our lives. The retreat includes cacao fire ceremony, movement therapy, autumn activities and a bountiful lunch.
